Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Enrollment Cancellation
    • If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, they must submit a written request via email or through the student portal.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment will qualify for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    • Full Refund: Eligible if cancellation is made before the course start date and within 7 days of enrollment.
    • Partial Refund: A prorated refund may be available for cancellations within the first week of the course. No refunds are issued after the first week.
    • Non-refundable Fees: Any fees for registration, processing, or materials are non-refundable once issued.
  3. Program or Course Cancellations by UpspringEdu
    • If a course or program is canceled by UpspringEdu due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or an option to reschedule will be offered.
  4. Refund Process
    • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
    • Notification of the refund status and expected time will be communicated via email.
  5. Exceptions
    • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late cancellations, or withdrawal without formal notice.
    • Refunds or reschedules due to personal emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
